Antenatal exercise

Pregnancy doesn’t mean no exercise; quite the opposite in fact. You can improve your fitness while pregnant, and a fitter mother usually means a fitter baby. Most importantly though is a safe and effective workout guide for you.

With my ante & postnatal qualification, knowledge and experience training many mothers to be I can help you too. The right programme is vital during this stage of your fitness journey – do not leave it to chance!

Post natal exercise

Your body will have made some huge changes during pregnancy, so it’s important to know what you need to do and what you need to avoid in getting you back on track.
