Due to my years of exercise, training, love & reading up on all things health and fitness, my qualifications and certificates only tell half the story. I have spent years practising, mastering and perfecting various elements of fitness, all or some of which could help with your specific needs and wants.

Core strength & postural correcting – Having had issues with my own postural alignment and an imbalance in my core strength I spent a long time reading up and mastering core work and postural exercises. This is an indispensable tool for the majority of clients I see – for many people it is where I predominately focus.
Bodyweight training & flexibility – I am not talking about calisthenics or yoga, but more the barebones of each practise. Working with just your body! I believe knowing how to move and work with your body (and nothing else) is extremely important for everyone and benefits all. ‘Pound for pound’ strength is very important at all stages of life, and can mean you can workout anywhere at anytime with no equipment. The same goes for stretching – you do not have to be dedicated to the art of Yoga to stretch frequently and feel the benefits. I can teach you how to stretch and relax your muscles fully and properly, from head to toe.
